Astra/ Zafira VXR Z20LEH oil pump KS Kolbenschmidt
Z20LEH Direct fit oil pump. We take these pumps brand new out the box, strip them down, inspect them, carry out clearance checks then de-burr any edges & clean and reassemble. We also fit our own uprated relief valve setup to the correct spring rate for the Z20LEH engine meaning there is no need to swap out the springs or re-use the old cap from your old oil pump to achieve the correct oil pressure.
Unfortunately the original oil pump made by SHW is no longer available after testing all other available brands the Kolbenschmidt pump has proven to be the better quality than the others available on the market.
